The Raid 17 Team - Day 1: Part 2

The sun came out just as the team started arriving at the designated lunch stop.

Jonathan had taken a small tumble off his bike, grazing his knee but was quickly assessed, and attended to, by the paramedic and was back on his bike in no time

There was plenty of laughter and light-hearted discussion as the team took the opportunity to sort out their kit, refuel and prepare for the second ride of the day.

Michael packed away his hand-bike and said his goodbyes to the team before they all got back on their bikes to head for their final destination of the day.

The team arrived at the hotel in excellent time where they enjoyed a hearty supper before retiring to their beds for a well-earned rest!
