Preparation in Punta Arenas... Part 1

The team spent a chilly and overcast morning in Punta Arenas sourcing the fresh food and snacks they will need for Antarctica.

The afternoon was was then spent removing all the packaging, preparing and organising their food into portions, and packing it into boxes. 

The essential communications kit provided by Inmarsat and the solar chargers provided by Mobile Solar Chargers (MSC) have been fully tested by Danny and Kirk this afternoon.
