The team spent the last day in Norway practising their cross-country skiing technique.

They will be skiing approximately 8-10 hours a day, pulling their pulks, for the World First Record attempt across the Greenland ice cap.

Many lessons were learnt during the Norway training and a tired but proud team returned home confident that they are ready to take on their epic challenge in May.
