‘First Week on the Ice Cap is Complete!’

Peter and the team smashed an epic 29km on Day 7 of this World First Record attempt across the Greenland Ice Cap!

Unfortunately the extreme conditions and long hours skiing have caused some painful blood blisters on Peter’s stump which Team Doctor Meinir is managing.

If Peter’s amputated limb continues to deteriorate Dr Meinir will be able to conduct live video conferences with a team of medical specialists in the UK thanks to the incredible support package provided by Inmarsat.

Despite all the bisters and aching muscles the team remain in high spirits and are grateful for all the messages of support.
